This customer care plan covers system and components ,monthly maintenance, normal business hours,and after hours technical support is available.
Remote System
Customer care remote support plan is designed for the service providers that have well establishedsupport organizations and effective internal resources in place. This system support plan covers systems
and components during normal business hours; your technical staff can reach our TAC center for
assistance with application/operational issues.

Technical support and components are readily available
